As Christmas is rapidly approaching and end-of-year celebrations arise, there may be a jump in COVID-19 cases in the upcoming weeks.

While we’d like to thank you all employees for your continued commitment to keeping our community safe and well, we remind you that mask-wearing requirements are still in place and to please continue adhering to social distancing measures and hygiene practices while on site.

We take our role in supporting vulnerable people seriously and in so doing, carefully consider the risks to every person at Mobo Group when making decisions about what policies, procedures and practices should be implemented.

Mobo Group has determined it necessary for all employees to wear face masks when they are unable to maintain appropriate social distance from others or when walking around the workplace. At this time, employees are not required to wear a mask as long as they can maintain appropriate social distancing from others while seated.

Mobo Group acknowledges that some of our employees have mask exemptions due to medical reasons and we endeavour to support those employees to attend work safely while mitigating the risks that arise from not wearing a face mask. Where a valid medical exemption is not presented, Mobo Group will continue to apply consistent and universal expectations across all employees.

We understand that the situation is constantly changing and acknowledge that it can be confusing for some people, and we will continue to support you however we can.

The requirements as outlined above may change at any time and will be advised in writing and via our normal communication channels.
