In the short time that Kaine has been receiving support from Mobo Group, his outlook on life and his motivation to accomplish his dreams in employment has grown exponentially. Kaine has fought and won against his own struggles, tackling his low motivation and social anxiety head on, and the results have been life changing.

With the support of Mobo Group’s Outreach team out in the Riverland, Kaine has gotten all the support he needed to break out of his static lifestyle and discover not only that his dreams were worth fighting for, but his happiness and bright future was worth achieving. Alongside helping him forge a path to self-improvement and a greater belief in himself, the Mobo team also supported him to gain entry to programs that would help improve his mindset further, including the Empathy not Sympathy Program.

Many of our clients have entered into the Empathy not Sympathy program and have had great success – Kaine is no exception. In just a few days of participating in the program, his outlook on life and his eagerness to get into a job he is passionate about has improved greatly.

Thanks to the support of the team at Mobo, and his own hard work, Kaines’ life and motivation are on a much better, brighter and more positive path, something the Mobo Team and Kaine himself are extremely proud of!

Kaine and the team have worked together to help him into a better mindset, improving his sense of worth and self-esteem. Kaine has also come to realise exactly what he wants to accomplish in his future employment – dreaming of a successful career in IT.
