Lachlan came to Mobo Group after receiving positive feedback about our services and decided that we’d be best to provide assistance in his job searching endeavors. Lachlan lives with autism spectrum disorder, and has trouble with his concentration, as well as answering phone calls and emails. With support from his Mum, Cassie, Lachlan joined the Mobo family knowing that we’d be able to help him on the road to becoming the best he can be.

With our support, Lachlan was able to complete an intensive four-week Hospo Prepped Course through Youth Options. In that time, he showed great determination, successfully attended each day of the course and participated very well, garnering fantastic feedback from his educators.

Upon completion, Lachlan earned certification in Hospitality, which swung the doors wide open for more opportunities and better outcomes for his future!

Lachlan has been in contact with several businesses interested in taking him on but has since chosen to secure a position at a local restaurant after successfully completing a trial shift!

Lachlan is extremely happy that he’s taking massive steps towards accomplishing his dream of becoming a bartender in the hospitality industry in Adelaide!
