RE: Mobo Group COVID-19 Update 25th March 2020

As the situation around Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to develop, we want to assure you that the wellbeing of our employees and their families is our highest priority.

The World Health Organization (WHO) has announced that COVID-19 is a pandemic and the situation is continually and quickly changing across Australia.

We are closely monitoring all developments, taking onboard the expert advice provided and making decisions in the best interest of the health and safety of our employees, families, customers and the community generally as each new piece of information is received.

Currently, there have been no confirmed COVID-19 cases within our organisation. With the exception of the temporary closure of the café operations located at Kangaroo Island airport all other site locations have remained open and are in full operation at this time.

The temporary closure of the Kangaroo Island Airport café is a decision taken as a result of the government directives to close seated café areas combined with impacts of reduced passenger travel. This decision significantly reduces the risk of travelling air passengers, be that of domestic or international origin, arriving or departing from Kangaroo Island coming in close proximity of Mobo Group employees. Our decision is viewed as correct and responsible course of action we could take in helping to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.

Everyone at Mobo Group will continue taking proactive measures to help reduce the spread of COVID19 through implemented actions including:
• Increased hygiene, hand washing and sanitation measures at all sites
• Implementation of social distancing protocols (a 1.5 metre gap where possible between all employees, contractors, and visitors).
